What We Offer
Prime Leads Realty (“Company”) provides outreach support, prospect qualification, and warm introductions to homeowners who have expressed interest in speaking with a licensed real estate professional. Services include human-led screening and documented handoffs (“Introductions”) aligned to the Client’s target areas.
Yield schedule
First introduction targeted within 30 days of agreement date.
Total: 24 Introductions during a 365-day coverage window (the “Term”).
Handoffs via live transfer or scheduled appointment, plus activity notes.
Payment Terms
Sign-Up Fee: USD 1599 due at acceptance. Credited back to Client after the first successful closing attributable to an Introduction from this plan.
Referral Fee: 08% of the Realtor’s net commission (post-broker split) on any buy/sell/rent transaction that results from Company Introductions during the plan term. Due within 7 business days of client’s commission funding. Client agrees to provide reasonable proof of closing.
Client Responsibilities
Quick follow-up and competent handling of introductions.
Provide timely input to improve targeting and qualification.
Maintain legal outreach methods at all times.
Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes
Window: Client may request a refund within 15 days of the agreement date only if Company fails to deliver the first introduction within the SLA above.
Amount: If eligible, 25% of the sign-up fee. Processed within 10 business days of approval.
After 15 days, no refunds and no chargebacks/disputes for services rendered or Introductions already delivered. Credits may be offered at Company’s discretion.
Exclusivity
Introductions are not shared with other agents in the same covered area for 24–48 hours.
Compliance & DNC
Company uses human-led outreach (no autodialers), honors DNC/opt-outs, and provides disclosures where required. After an introduction is transferred or shared, the Client is solely responsible for all subsequent outreach and for complying with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any applicable state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA). Company is not liable for Client misuse.
Holiday
Company observes US federal holidays. Support may be paused/delayed; timelines adjust accordingly. Any additional closures will be announced at least one week in advance.
Privacy & Data
Each party will keep non-public information confidential. Limited client data is used only to perform services, per our Privacy Policy.
Independent Contractor; No Guarantees
Company acts as an independent contractor. Company does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., closings, revenue), only the agreed Introductions and effort.
Complete Agreement & E-Signature
This is the entire agreement for the Trial Plan and supersedes prior understandings. Acceptance via the site form or e-signature constitutes execution as of the date of submission.
