Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all plans unless your plan page states stricter or more generous terms. Where a plan page states specific numbers (for example, delivery counts or coverage windows), that plan page controls.

Before work begins

If you paid and we have not started work, you may request a full refund.

In progress

If work has begun, we will provide a pro-rated refund or account credit for any undelivered portion of the agreed scope, provided you:

  • Responded to our onboarding requests,
  • Were available for scheduled calls/transfers, and
  • Complied with your outreach obligations.
Delivered services

Completed deliverables, performed sessions, and completed introductions/appointments are non-refundable.

Plan-specific minimums (alignment with your live plan pages)
  • Starter: target 9 pre-screened introductions within 90 days.
  • Standard: target 18 pre-screened introductions within 180 days.
  • Advanced: target 27 pre-screened introductions within 365 days.
  • Premium: target 54 pre-screened introductions within 365 days.

If we fail to meet the plan’s delivery target and you fulfill your responsibilities, you may request a partial refund, as specified on the plan page (for example, some plans stipulate a refund of 50% of the sign-up fee). Your plan page controls any such percentage. If the plan page promises sign-up fee reimbursement after your first successful closing, that plan promise controls.

How to request a refund

Email info@primeleadsrealty.com with your invoice number, plan, service dates, and a short summary. We aim to resolve within 10 business days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of invoice, etc.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount for number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
